Moore Joins Charter Team
Charter Communications named industry veteran Marti Moore to the newly created position of vice president, Web Technology - Customer Experience. Her first day was Oct. 25, joining the team led by executive vice president operations and chief technology officer Marwan Fawaz.
Moore has in nearly 20 years experience in the online and media industries, most recently serving as vice president of technology at Media News Group Interactive. Prior to that she held various leadership positions at Level 3 Communications and worked in management and technology roles at Verizon and the United States Air Force.
A growing number of customers are utilizing the web to purchase services, ask questions, resolve service issues, and access news, information and entertainment. Moore, in her new role, will work with each of those functions, leading the planning, strategy and execution of all areas of the online customer experience.
Moore has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Drake University in Iowa, and an M.S. in Space Operations from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She is an active member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) and has served on various committees and boards for the Rocky Mountain Chapter.
