Mediapassage, OneMediaPlace to Merge

New York -- Mediapassage executive vice president of technology and business
development Carl Bryant and OneMediaPlace CEO Jerry Machovina announced at the
Myers Forum here Tuesday that the two online-advertising exchanges are
merging.

The Forum is a daylong conference on the online ad-exchange field. Myers
Reports Inc. CEO Jack Myers noted that 40 such companies now exist. Several
speakers predicted that only three or four would ultimately survive.

Mediapassage, which started in the newspaper field, acquired
broadcastspots.com last year to give it entrée into the broadcast-sales
marketplace.

Machovina noted that he left AT&T Broadband to join OneMediaPlace almost
exactly one year ago, when it was called AdAuction.com.

The executives did not give any additional information on the
deal.
