Mediacom Signs Mag Rack Deal

Rainbow Media Holdings Inc.’s niche video-on-demand service, Mag Rack,
announced Monday that it has reached a multiyear agreement with Mediacom
Communications Corp.

Mediacom will deploy Mag Rack to all of its VOD-enabled digital
subscribers.

The first three systems to launch Mag Rack will be Mobile, Ala.; Moline,
Ill.; and Des Moines, Iowa, beginning Aug. 31. The MSO will continue to roll out
Mag Rack as additional systems become VOD-enabled.
