McGowan Hasn't Left: Discovery

Discovery Networks U.S. spokeswoman Annie Howell said Friday evening
that executive vice president Bill McGowan has not left the company.

She said that she has been told by president of ad sales
Joe Abruzzese and others that the report, published Friday on Multichannel.com (www.Multichannel.com), is "not true."
Other company officials had earlier said he left.
