Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia president of television Heidi Diamond has resigned.
The company said Diamond will remain as a consultant on new business development.
Cable-industry veteran Diamond has held posts with AMC Networks, Food Network, Channel One, Nickelodeon and Ameritech Corp.'s TV unit.
“Heidi has thrown her considerable talents and limitless energy at every challenge sent her way,” MSO CEO Susan Lyne said in a prepared statement. “Thanks to Heidi’s leadership and the great team that is in place, our TV business is well poised for September.”
