New York-Dennis Mangers, senior vice president of the California Cable Television Association, will fill out the remaining term of former Cable Positive president Lela Cocoros, who left recently to pursue other interests, the AIDS-action organization said.
AT & T Broadband senior vice president of public relations Rob Stoddard, who was member at large, will fill Mangers' slot as vice president.
