Dalen Harrison, CEO

Dalen Harrison's vision and determination have been the driving force behind the growth and success of Ensequence. Prior to founding Ensequence, Harrison held several key positions with Intel Corporation, including head of worldwide market development for Intel's Home Products Group.

A charismatic speaker with a passion for digital media, Harrison's previous international speaking engagements have included The Wall Street Journal's D: All Things Digital Conference, the National Association of Television Program Executives (NATPE), Digital Hollywood and Interactive Television Alliance events. Harrison has championed a lively spirit and strong voice that motivate those around him.

Peter Low, President and Chief Operating Officer

Peter Low, Ensequence's president and chief operating officer has an extensive background in television spanning more than 25 years with expertise in programming and distribution. Before joining Ensequence, Low was executive vice president of cable distribution and marketing for MTV Networks and BET Networks, where he led cable distribution efforts for all 26 of the MTV and BET branded channels. In addition, Low was responsible for negotiating all large distribution agreements and developed the strategy that resulted in the most extensive digital channel launch in the industry. Prior to his position with MTV and BET, Low served as vice president of programming for CableVision.

Low currently serves on the board of Cable Positive and The Jazz Foundation of America. He lives in Manhattan with his wife of 25 years and their two sons. In his free time he enjoys tennis, skiing, reading, traveling, hiking and good wine.

Aslam Khader, Chief Product Officer

Aslam Khader's international business experience spans the globe, having lived and worked in India, Japan and the United States throughout his career. He has held senior positions in engineering, marketing and business management at Intertrust Technologies, IBM and Sequent Computer Systems.

Fluent in English, Hindi, Bengali and Japanese, Khader has been invited to speak at numerous industry events and has been published in a number of magazines. He holds a bachelor's in electronics and electrical engineering with honors from the Indian Institute of Technology. He lives with his wife and their two children, along with numerous pets.

Wayne Graham, Chief Financial Officer

Wayne Graham is responsible for all financial reporting, treasury, risk management, legal and IT requirements for Ensequence. He has more than 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors and most recently served as chief financial officer of Local Insight Media, the fifth largest yellow page publisher in the United States.

Graham has co-founded two companies; ACS Media, a private print and electronic yellow page provider which consummated a successful IPO in 2003 and Alaska Communications Systems (NASDAQ:ALSK), where he served as chief financial officer. He has also held senior positions with KPMG LLC and Pacific Telecom, Inc. He lives with his wife and two children in West Linn, Oregon and enjoys skiing, hiking and watching his kids grow up.

Andy Addis, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development

Andy Addis is Senior Vice President of Marketing & Business Development for Ensequence. Given his deep roots in cable, Addis has key account sales responsibility. Addis has more than 20 years of marketing and product management experience, much of it focused on the launch of innovative products. Prior to joining Ensequence, Addis held marketing roles at Hillcrest Labs, Comcast and Kraft Foods. During his eight years as SVP of Marketing & New Products at Comcast, Addis led the definition and launch of Digital Cable, VOD, DVR and HDTV. Addis also played a lead role in a number of cross-MSO initiatives including co-chairing the "MSO Marketing Council," comprised of the CMOs of the major operators.

Before his tenure at Comcast, Addis managed both established businesses and launched new products at Kraft Foods and AT&T. He has been recognized numerous times in his career for leadership and innovation. In 2005, Addis was listed -- along with several industry colleagues -- at #5 on CableFax's "Top 100" in recognition of their cross-industry marketing work. He received the CTAM "TAMI" award in 2003, and was recognized as one of Advertising Age's "Top 100 Marketers" in the 90s.

Juli Black, Vice President, Business Development

Black is a leader in the interactive television industry and has always been on the cutting edge of successful emerging technologies. Her efforts over the past decade have provided tangible results for many top market leaders. Juli currently serves as Vice President of Business Development, providing management oversight for Ensequence’s strategic business relationships with distributors, networks and advertisers.

Prior to her role at Ensequence, Juli served as Director of National Advertising Sales for Tivo, and Business Development Manager for NBCU-TVSD. She has executed numerous interactive television campaigns with innovative brands including BMW, GM, Ford, Audi, AT&T, Nintendo, E-Trade, Disney, Speed Channel and the US Navy. Juli lives in Manhattan and enjoys seeking out curious destinations around the world to explore.

Michele Bogdan, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

Michele Bogdan is a specialist in global marketing and advertising, having held senior executive positions at BBDO, Ogilvy & Mather, and Publicis & Hal Riney. She has created and executed award-winning campaigns for some of the world's most powerful brands including Apple Computer, Kodak, American Express, Motorola and Coca-Cola. Most recently Michele was in charge of global consumer advertising and sponsorships at Hewlett-Packard. She led the development of the ‘Picture Book’ campaign which supported the largest consumer products launch in HP’s history and won multiple awards including AdWeek’s coveted "Campaign of the Year".

Always a champion of new media, Michele caught the vision of interactive television while developing an interactive TV campaign for HP. She truly believes that interactive television is about to change the future of television forever and is excited about sharing that vision with the world!

Roger Demuth, SVP Worldwide Services and Support

Roger Demuth is responsible for the US and UK Services and Support operations at Ensequence. In addition, he plays a senior technical role in the Sales organization. He has more than 20 years of experience in management of software development and operations. He has held positions in engineering, marketing, business development and professional services in startups and larger organizations throughout his career.

An engineer and tinkerer at heart, Demuth enjoys technical pursuits such as programming and hands-on activities such as gardening and fixing anything that breaks. He lives with his wife of 25 years and their chocolate standard poodle in Manhattan.

Tom Epes, Senior Vice President, Sales

Epes, Senior Vice President of Sales, leads Ensequence’s efforts in expanding distribution and driving the strategy for delivering t-commerce solutions on television. Epes has repeatedly demonstrated the ability to develop new business models, create new licensing approaches and drive organizational change during his career. He has 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and professional services. Epes spent 16 years at Microsoft, most recently as General Manager of the U.S. Services and Support business focusing on the cable, telecommunications and media industries.

Prior to Microsoft, Epes spent several years with DataEase International, a PC and client server database company, where he worked in a variety of sales and marketing roles. He began his career at Proctor and Gamble in sales. Epes lives in Westport, Connecticut with his wife and two kids and enjoys tennis, golf, skiing, adventure travel and a good bottle of wine.

Rick Howe, Vice President, Business Development 

Rick Howe represents Ensequence with cable, satellite and IPTV distributors. He works closely with distributors on the deployment of interactive television advertising and programming initiatives. Throughout his 20 year career, Howe has worked closely with DISH Network, Time Warner Cable, Comcast Cable, Cox Communications, Advance/Newhouse, Verizon and DirecTV. His previous roles in the industry have included executive vice president of sales and marketing for Zodiac Interactive, senior vice president of affiliate marketing at Showtime and vice president strategic and consumer marketing at MoreCom Technology.

The co-author of a patent for the use of mosaics in interactive program guides, Howe's work has received industry wide recognition. He met the love of his life when he was in 8th grade. They're still together, living on a small farm in Maryland with their son Ricky plus selected cats, dogs and cows.

Mike Kelley, Vice President, Business Development 

Mike Kelley provides leading-edge interactive television programming, media sponsorships and advertising to networks, sports leagues, content owners and corporate advertisers. Throughout his career, Kelley has focused on digital media strategy and sales, sponsorship planning and promotional execution. He has held senior positions with Yahoo!, Mastercard, Bonham Group, Striker Marketing Group and Relay Sponsorship and Event Marketing. Kelley has worked closely with brands like Chase, NASCAR, Sony, Motorola, McDonald's, AOL, Coke, General Motors, Kraft and many more.

Kelley has a passion for digital media and entertainment- especially as it provides insight into societal trends and consumer purchase behaviors. He lives in Katonah, New York with his wife, three kids and their Labrador retriever, Bailey. They love all things soccer related, including trips to the World Cup and Euro Cup every two years.

Paula Suthern, Senior Vice President, Sales Operations

Paula Suthern has a strong talent for establishing strategic partnerships and alliances between complimentary companies and technologies. An interactive television veteran, Suthern has been with Ensequence since its inception in 2000. During this time she developed the services strategy for the business, oversaw more than 26 interactive television campaigns and finalized strategic agreements with distributors, programmers and partners.

Suthern has served on the Interactive Emmys Committee since 2005. Prior to her tenure with Ensequence, Suthern held several key positions within Intel’s Content Group and Broadcast Products Group, closing deals with 12 major networks in the United States and executing strategies for winning major technology and content partnerships in France, Scandinavia and the United Kingdom. An animal lover, Suthern volunteers for a local animal rescue doing grant writing, and has her two horses competing on the west coast hunter/jumper circuit.

Bob Willoughby, Senior Vice President and General Counsel 

Bob Willoughby identifies and implements appropriate legal solutions, options and process improvements for Ensequence by working directly with cross-functional teams. He has negotiated and drafted software licensing agreements and represented clients through various complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and international joint venture agreements.

After graduating from Ohio State University in 1968, Willoughby served in the United States Marine Corps, which included a tour in Southeast Asia. Following his service, he attended law school at the University of Washington and has been practicing law ever since. Outside of work, Willoughby sits on several philanthropic boards and foundations. He enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing, an occasional round of golf, and jogging with his dog Kali, and his wife, Becci.
