LB Cable LLC closed on its purchase of cable systems with about 22,000 customers from affiliated firms Mallard Cablevision LLC and SunTel Communications LLC.
The systems are in Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Oregon and California.
LB Cable, it was reported previously, is a partnership headed by Woodside Capital Partners LLC and including investment bank Lehman Bros. Inc.
Phoenix Cable Inc. will manage the systems, it was also reported.
