Jerry Machovina and Michael Zeisser have been appointed to OpenTV Corp.'s board of directors.
Machovina is currently executive vice president for Yankees Entertainment & Sports Network. From 1995-2000, he was executive VP of media services for Tele-Communications Inc., which became AT&T Broadband and is now owned by Comcast Corp.
Zeisser is a senior VP of Liberty Media Corp., focused on strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions and business development.
