Lifetime Gets Intimate with Laura Bush

Lifetime Television’s Intimate Portrait will profile first lady Laura
Bush for its 300th episode.

The hour-long show reaches the milestone episode Monday, Sept. 8 at 7 p.m.
(EST/PST).

In addition to hearing Bush’s story in her own words, the show includes new
interviews with her family and close friends, including former President George
W. Bush, former first lady Barbara Bush and national-security advisor
Condoleezza Rice.

Following Intimate Portrait, Lifetime will air a new public-service
announcement with Bush encouraging women to learn about the signs, the risks and
how to prevent heart disease, one of the issues she actively
champions.
