Liberty Media Corp. said Friday that its purchase of issued and outstanding shares of On Command Corp. that it did not already own has been completed.
The deal was originally announced in September.
Under terms of the agreement, each On Command stockholder will receive 0.175 shares of Liberty series-A common stock for each share of On Command common stock held. Liberty will issue some 1.4 million series-A shares.
On Command provides in-room entertainment technology to the lodging and cruise-ship industries.
