Liberate Faces Delisting
By MCN Staff
published NASDAQ warned ailing interactive-TV company Liberate Technologies that it
could be delisted for failing to file a 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange
Commission.
Liberate, which announced Oct. 15 that it would restate fiscal fourth-quarter
earnings, said it will request a NASDAQ hearing, where the company will fight to
keep its listing.
Liberate's ticker was changed to 'LBRTE' Thursday, as it picked up the
dubious 'E' for blowing the deadline to file its 10-Q.
