John Leguizamo will bring a version of his Broadway production of
Sexaholix . A Love Story to Home Box Office in April.
The premium network announced Wednesday that Leguizamo will adapt his recent
Great White Way autobiographical performance, taping shows at the Beacon Theater
in New York Feb. 22 and 23. It will then air on HBO April 13 from 10 p.m. to
11:45 p.m.
Sexaholix will explore subjects ranging from the history of Latino people
to Leguizamo's relationships with women and his complicated family dynamics.
Leguizamo tells his story from childhood to fatherhood through the eyes of a
myriad cast of characters, including his father, his friends and his lovers.
The upcoming show marks Leguizamo's fourth special on HBO.
