IP Unity Glenayre named Steve Whipps senior vice president of sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Whipps had been president of those regions and Latin America at Riverstone Networks.
At the provider of carrier-grade messaging and multimedia solutions over Internet protocol, time-division multiplexing and enterprise networks, he will be responsible for the development and execution of sales strategy and channel partners within his assigned regions.
