MTV: Music Television has extended its brand to cellular phones.
Virgin Mobile USA LLC and Kyocera Wireless Corp. Monday unveiled the "Slider V5 *MTV Edition," the first-ever MTV-branded wireless handset.
The handset, made by Kyocera, features a sliding form factor, a unique interface, an exclusive suite of content from MTV -- including a selection of ring tones -- and an array of youth-targeted features.
The Slider V5 *MTV Edition handset is now available exclusively from Virgin Mobile through its retailers nationwide.
