Heavy Hitters Join CEA’s Pipelines Power Panel

The Consumer Electronics Association announced a host of executives from satellite, broadcast, cable and telephone companies who will appear on its Pipelines Power Panel during the 2007 International Consumer Electronics Show.

The 2007 International CES will be held in Las Vegas Jan. 8-11, and the Pipelines Power Panel is scheduled for 2:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m. (PST) Monday, Jan. 8 at the Las Vegas Hilton Theater.

The panel will be moderated by CEA CEO Gary Shapiro and include: David Barrett, CEO, Hearst-Argyle Television; Glenn Britt, CEO, Time Warner Cable; Chase Carey, CEO, DirecTV; Charlie Ergen, founder, chairman and CEO, EchoStar Communications; Pat Esser, president, Cox Communications; and Virginia Ruesterholz, president, Verizon Telecom.
