Hallmark Channel U.S. Wednesday named Roy Cowan to the new position of vice
president of key account marketing.
The Los Angeles-based Cowan will be the primary liaison between the network
and its MSO and satellite-provider partners.
Reporting to senior VP Ron Garfield, Cowan will implement cobranded
promotions designed to bolster channel exposure and sampling.
Cowan had been the network's VP of marketing.
