Graff Upped at Lifetime

Toby Graff has been promoted to vice president of public affairs at Lifetime
Television, from director of corporate communications, the network announced
Wednesday.

In this new position, Graff is responsible for helping to expand Lifetime's
efforts -- on-air, online and in communities around the country -- to inform and
support women on a wide range of issues affecting them and their families.

Since joining Lifetime in 2000, Graff has been instrumental in increasing
publicity for the network's public-advocacy initiatives, expanding Lifetime's
corporate presence in all consumer media and heading its viewer-relations
unit.

Prior to Lifetime, Graff served for more than two years as deputy press
secretary for then-first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton.
