Former Spice founder Mark Graff plans to return to the adult pay-per-view
arena with the third-quarter unveiling of a service featuring programming from
around the world.
Graff said Blu-TV is a PPV/video-on-demand service showcasing explicit adult
programming and PPV-revenue splits that could net operators more than 90 percent
of each network PPV buy -- splits that exceed those offered by such adult PPV
services as The Erotic Networks.
Blu-TV, currently up and running in Europe, has programming deals for more
than 2,000 films from both international and U.S.-based adult producers.
In an effort to broaden the appeal of adult product to minority viewers,
Graff said the network will also feature urban hip-hop, Asian- and Latin-themed
