America Online and Home Box Office have signed on as the latest official sponsors of the 2001 Goodwill Games, Turner Sports Sales announced on Monday.

The Goodwill Games, originating from Brisbane, Australia, will be covered on

As part of their buys, AOL will also sponsor vignettes across TNT, TBS
Superstation and three Cable News Network services and HBO will get on-site
signage during the Goodwill Games' basketball, track & field, volleyball,
boxing and cycling events, according to Turner Sports Sales senior vice
president of sponsorship and marketing Chris Eames.

AOL and HBO join the Goodwill Games' list of official sponsors, which
includes Subaru of America Inc., New Balance, DaimlerChrysler Corp.'s Jeep
division, Gillette Co.'s Duracell, Philips Electronics, Qantas and Foster's.
