Gemstar-TV Guide International signed a multiyear lease for more than 85,000 square feet at 11 West 42nd Street in New York.
The company said the space will house its New York operations, including TV Guide magazine’s editorial department, TV Guide Online and primary ad-sales staff.
Gemstar-TV Guide added that the move is planned for mid-December. The company has approximately 300 New York employees.
