Dustin Finer joined Gemstar-TV Guide International Inc. in the newly created position of senior vice president, human resources.
Finer had been senior VP of global HR at Ascent Media Group LLC.
He will oversee all HR operations at Gemstar-TV Guide, reporting to chief operating officer Mike McKee.
