Food Network will add four new offerings to its daytime programming menu and
bolster its "In the Kitchen" programming block in the process.
In the Kitchen will start one hour earlier, Saturdays at 9 a.m., and extend
through 2 p.m., starting April 5.
In addition, network officials said, Food will also schedule the block on
Sundays beginning April 6. The block also runs weekdays from 4 p.m. to 8
Instructional shows How to Boil Water and Everyday Italian will
bow April 5 at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., respectively.
The following day will mark the debuts of Lighten Up! and
Cookworks at 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., respectively.
