Sirius Satellite Radio announced Friday that it will carry simulcasts of Fox
News Channel on its digital-satellite-radio service set to launch this year.
For a monthly subscription fee of $9.95, the 100-channel national radio
service will be delivered to cars with satellite radio tuners.
Top FNC shows include The O'Reilly Factor, Special Report with Brit
Hume, The Edge with Paula Zahn and Fox News Live.
Automakers including Ford Motor Co., DaimlerChrysler, BMW of North America
LLC, Mercedes-Benz USA LLC, Mazda Motor Corp., Jaguar Cars and Volvo Cars of
North America Inc. have agreed to install the hardware in some of their
next-generation cars.
Sirius will face satellite radio competition from XM Satellite Radio
Holdings.
