Home & Garden Television said Wednesday that that FedEx Corp.'s
corporate services unit would sponsor its 'Holiday Decorating . Just in Time
The promotion is designed to promote tune-in to HGTV's Christmas Across
America special, slated for Dec. 24
at 8 p.m. FedEx also has signed as that special's sole sponsor, said HGTV
president Burton Jablin.
The sweepstakes - which began on Tuesday and continues through Dec. 18 -
offers a range of prizes that include a holiday pack of luminaries, or
decorative candles, and a festive candy jar. Five hundred HGTV viewers will win
the prizes, to be delivered by FedEx Express.
The courier got involved with the program and promotion
because 'the holidays are such an important time of the year for the FedEx
family of companies,' said FedEx vice president of U.S. marketing Brian Philips.
