ESPN2 Serving Cold Pizza Oct. 1

ESPN2 will debut two-hour, weekday-morning live show Cold Pizza Oct.
1, the day of the network's 10th anniversary.

The show -- which will air live from New York from 7 a.m.-9 a.m. -- will
combine a unique treatment of sports with a heavy dose of pop culture, lifestyle
features and consumer advice, all customized for ESPN viewers.

Cold Pizza will be repeated from 9 a.m.-11 a.m. each day with live news
updates.

The show will originate from a new studio near Madison Square Garden, which
will allow fans to observe the production from an indoor viewing area.

Cold Pizza will feature two hosts, a news anchor and a reporter (to be
announced shortly).

ESPN2 launched Oct. 1, 1993, with 10 million homes. It is currently available
in 84.3 million.
