Disney Channel Shuffles Management

In the wake of the recent reorganization at ABC Cable Networks Group, Disney
Channel has established a new management team.

Under the new structure, the network has named Gary Marsh executive vice
president of original programming and production; Andrea Taylor senior vice
president, marketing; and Jill Casagrande senior vice president, programming.
The appointments were made by general manager Rich Ross, to whom the three
executives will report.

Marsh, who had been serving as the network's executive vice president,
original programming, is now charged with overseeing development for its entire
slate of original fare, including movies, specials and series for the channel's
'Playhouse' (preschool) and 'Zoog Disney' ('tween-' and teen-targeted)
programming blocks.

He is also responsible for the creative development of original programming
for the international Disney Channels and ABC's 'One Saturday Morning'
programming block.

Most recently senior vice president of on-air promotions and interstitials
for ABC Cable Networks, Taylor in her new post will articulate Disney Channel's
brand vision by developing marketing strategies, implementing promotional
campaigns, overseeing online and on-air promotion and monitoring consumer and
trade marketing.

Casagrande, who had been serving as vice president, scheduling and program
planning at ABC Cable Networks, is now responsible for programming planning,
scheduling, standards and practices, traffic, media planning and acquisitions
for Disney Channel.

Additionally, Marsh has appointed Susette Hsiung senior vice president,
production; Nancy Katner, vice president, original programming for Playhouse
Disney; and Adam Bonnett, vice president, original programming for series on
Zoog Disney. Michael Healy continues as vice president, original movies.
