Dish Goes Local in Fort Wayne

EchoStar Communications Corp.’s Dish Network Thursday began offering local channels via satellite in Fort Wayne, Ind.

The addition of Fort Wayne boosts EchoStar’s list of markets where it offers local-channel service to 105.

Fort Wayne Dish customers can now receive ABC channel 21 (WPTA), CBS channel 15 (WANE), NBC channel 33 (WISE), Fox channel 55 (WFFT), PBS channel 39 (WFWA) and independent channel 63 (WINM).
