The upcoming 'Discovery Kids on NBC' Saturday-morning kids' block, due to
premiere this Saturday, has sold 25 advertisers, led by Kraft Foods Inc.,
McDonald's Corp. and Procter & Gamble Co.
The latter three all made their buys via Chicago-based Starcom MediaVest
As part of their commitments, those three charter advertisers will also be
first-time clients on the Discovery Kids channel. In addition, they'll get
mentions in NBC's promo spots and other promotional materials.
