Barry Diller restructured USA Interactive Inc. into three groups in a move
that resulted in the exit of HSN Inc. president Mark Bozek.
Former Ticketmaster chief financial officer Thomas McInerney will run its
Electronic Retailing Division, which includes HSN.
John Pleasants will run USAi's Information & Services unit, which will
include Ticketmaster, Citysearch, Match.com L.P. (http://www.match.com/) and Evite (http://www.evite.com/welcome).
And Anne Busquet was promoted to president of USAi's Travel Services Group,
which will include the company's planned cable travel network.
