In Demand's Jacobson Promoted

New York -- In Demand executive vice president Rob Jacobson Tuesday was named
Chief Operating Officer of the pay-per-view/VOD network.

In the newly created role of COO, Jacobson will add responsibility for the
company's core business to his current duties of overseeing the acquisition and
licensing of In Demand's movie and event product, as well as network
distribution and product development, affiliate sales and affiliate
marketing.

Jacobson will continue to report to In Demand president and CEO Steve
Brenner.

"I'm delighted to announce this well-deserved promotion for Rob,' said
Brenner in a statement.

'This is a new position in the organization that will allow us to focus our
resources and expertise on the strategic partnerships that will continue drive
the business over the next few years."
