In Demand and a number of cable affiliates will face off an 18-day free preview of the puck sport's out-of-market package, NHL Center Ice, later this month.
Content purveyor In Demand will make NHL Center Ice available free from Oct. 7, when the league begins its 2010-11 campaign, through Oct. 24.
With NHL Center Ice, digital-cable customers can watch up to 40 live out-of-market NHL games weekly across 14 channels, including a wealth of enhancements to enrich the viewing experience. Customers ordering the package by Halloween will save with the "early bird" price of four installments of $42.95 each, or a total of $171.80.
