Central Idaho’s Custer Telephone Co-operative will deploy five CopperCom next-generation soft switches as part of a multiyear, multimillion-dollar network upgrade.
The CopperCom Converged Switching eXchange switches will initially be used to support services over Custer’s new fiber optic network, which is being rolled out across portions of the telco's approximately 3,600-square-mile service area.
CopperCom provides innovative, next-generation switching, portal and application solutions for communications carriers.
