Current Nortel CFO William Kerr will leave that post and serve as senior advisor to CEO Bill Owens.
Nortel also announced that controller MaryAnne Pahapill is leaving the company. Karen Sledge will assume the role of controller on an interim basis, and the vendor has initiated a search process to fill the position permanently.
