Cumberland Cellular Inc. has acquired certain assets of Enstar Cable of
Cumberland Valley.
The transaction represents approximately 2,400 basic subscribers in Russell
Springs, Jamestown and areas of Russell Springs County, Ky.
Daniels & Associates, the Denver-based media and telecommunications
mergers-and-acquisitions specialist, represented the seller.
