CSG Systems International Inc. has added enhancements to its “ICMS” billing and customer-care solution.
The vendor said Tuesday that the newest version of ICMS features an application-programming interface layer, which enables faster and more flexible integration between ICMS and other third-party applications that must share data with billing and customer-care systems, such as customer-relationship-management, work-force-management and financial systems.
“CSG has long held the belief that billing and customer care must be easily linked to other software applications within an operator's infrastructure," CSG vice president of ICMS product management John Hardin said in a prepared statement.
“The latest enhancements to the ICMS platform will give operators the freedom and flexibility to integrate these systems to meet their own business objectives,” he added.
