Billing and customer care solutions vendor CSG Systems completed its acquisition of Prairie Voice Services, providing CSG will more inbound and outbound automated messaging services to clients, as well as email, fax and cell phone messaging capabilities.
Prairie Voice’s software will also expand the billing vendor’s options on collections, lead generation, automated order capture and service outage notifications.
The company has been renamed Prairie Interactive Messaging and it will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of CSG.
