CSG Buys Davinci Technologies

Billing-system vendor CSG Systems International Inc. announced Monday that it
has acquired another billing firm, Davinci Technologies.

The acquisition of Davinci's "m-Care" solution, which will be renamed "CSG
Total Care," will enable CSG's service-provider customers to deliver self-care
and electronic-billing tools to their customers over the Internet or virtually
any mobile device, in any currency and any language, CSG said in a release.

Toronto-based Davinci's cofounders, Alan Lysne and Steven Rodin, will join
CSG.
