Crackle Starts Production On Feature Film
Over-the-top streaming video service Crackle has begun production on its second original film, The Throwaways.
The movie stars James Caan (Las Vegas, The Godfather), Kevin Dillon (Entourage, Platoon) and Sam Huntington (Being Human, Superman Returns) follows notorious hacker Drew Reynolds who is captured by the CIA and given a proposition — work for them or spend the rest of his life in prison.
The 90-minute international cyber spy thriller, executively produced by Jeremy Renner (The Hurt Locker) will premiere exclusively on Crackle and across all Crackle platforms in December 2014.
