Six Fox Sports Net regional sports networks will remain on Cox Communications Inc. cable systems for six years following a deal between the two companies, announced Wednesday.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The renewal -- which goes into effect Jan. 1 -- covers FSN Arizona, FSN South, FSN Southwest, FSN Midwest, FSN Rocky Mountain and FSN West (San Diego only).
The agreement affects approximately 3.3 million Cox subscribers in Phoenix and Tucson, Ariz.; Oklahoma City; New Orleans and Baton Rouge, La.; Omaha, Neb.; San Diego; Macon, Ga.; and other markets in Texas, Kansas, Arkansas and North Carolina.
