The Federal Communications Commission acted reasonably when it stepped in to
settle a pole-attachment dispute between Public Service Co. of Colorado and Mile
Hi Cable Partners L.P., the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit ruled
Friday.
The court backed the FCC in finding that the $250-per-pole fee PSCo sought
for an unauthorized cable attachment was excessive.
