Convergys teamed up with SpeechCycle to host the latter’s speech applications on the former’s SpeechPort VoiceXML platform.
The client-solutions vendor said the application provider’s technology will allow it to deploy automated solutions that can resolve a significant percentage of calls, increase customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
SpeechCycle's automated agent solutions will allow callers to speak naturally to resolve technical-support issues for video, broadband and digital-phone services.
