Contingent Taps IBBS For Voice Services

IBBS said it has been selected by Contingent to provide a suite of commercial voice services and

applications for its multi-location customers and enterprise accounts.

IBBS said the multi-year voice deal is one of several signed since IBBS acquired SinglePipe this summer in its strategy to offer fully integrated data and voice solutions to companies that seek to expand their advanced communications offerings.

Cincinnati-based Contingent offers managed secure wide area networks, integration, logistics and maintenance for large enterprises, including multi-site retailers throughout the United States and worldwide. The company deploys and maintains WAN infrastructure including circuits, security appliances, routers, switches, wireless devices and other components found in large, multi-site networks.

Leveraging IBBS's commercial voice services, Contingent will use line replacement or SIP trunking to serve corporate headquarters offices. Satellite or franchise locations may install IBBS's hosted PBX solutions.
