Comtrend, a supplier of broadband and data-networking equipment, announced the release Monday of its CT-400 Series fiber network-interface device, which supports multiple interface types.
The CT-400 residential gateways can support both Gigabit passive-optical-network and Ethernet PON fiber-deployment standards, as well as interfaces for digital subscriber line and home-networking specifications, including the Multimedia over Coax Alliance standard.
