Comcast, MuchMusic Reach Deal

Comcast Cable Communications Inc. will telecast television concerts produced
and aired by Rainbow Media Holdings Inc.'s MuchMusic USA as part of a licensing
and promotional agreement between the two companies announced Wednesday.

As part of its original programming lineup, Comcast will air concerts from
MuchMusic USA's Shoutback Music Series -- featuring performances by
artists including Hanson, Mandy Moore, LFO and others -- beginning July 29 with
Wild Orchid, representatives from both companies said.

'This agreement will help us to further expand the original content we offer,
increasing the value of Comcast Original Programming for our customers,' CN8:
The Comcast Network vice president and general manager Jon Gorchow said in a
prepared statement.
