Comcast: Keep Access Out of Merger Review

Washington-Comcast Corp. wants the Federal Communications Commission to refrain from imposing Internet open-access requirements on the merger of America Online Inc. and Time Warner Inc.
The MSO told the FCC on Oct. 20 such a requirement could "pre-judge" the FCC's separate inquiry into the regulatory treatment of Internet access over cable.
