CNNfn.com Becomes CNNMoney.com

CNNfn relaunched its financial-news Web site as CNNMoney.com Monday, months before the network
itself is expected to take the new CNN Money moniker.

In February, AOL Time Warner Inc. announced that the long-struggling CNNfn
cable channel would be renamed CNN Money by the end of 2001.

The rebranded network -- which would draw upon the resources of Time Inc.'s
Money magazine and gain more distribution on Time Warner Cable systems --
was one of several corporate synergies AOL Time Warner said would result from
its merger.

Following a shakeup in Cable News Network management, the relaunch of the
cable channel was delayed until next year. A CNNfn spokeswoman said the new
channel will now bow during the first or second quarter of 2002.

The new Web site can be accessed through Money.com, CNNfn.com, CNNMoney.com and AOL Keyword:
Money.

'CNNMoney is a wonderful example of how AOL Time Warner's wide-ranging
resources can benefit consumers,' CNN business-news executive vice president Ken
Jautz said in a prepared statement.

CNNMoney's Web competitors include CBS.MarketWatch.com and CNBC.com.
