CNBC Tees Up Golf Business Show

Many business deals get cut on golf course greens. So it seems only fitting
that a business channel will air a show tracking the business of golf.

CNBC will premiere Golf Portfolio on Sept. 9 at 5
p.m. (ET), the network announced today.

Produced by Atlanta-based Katz Sports & Media, Inc., the feature-driven, half-hour series will explore
the global arena of business and golf.

The program will offer profiles of corporate leaders passionate about golf,
features on PGA, LPGA, Senior and European Tour players and their off-course
business interests.

Additionally, Golf Portfolio, presented by
Citigroup Private Bank, will include segments on the business of the game and
reviews of some of the world's leading golf resorts and business meeting
destinations.

The initial show will include segments on: Davis Love III and his brother
Mark discussing their burgeoning golf course design business; Taylor Made
president Mark King expatiating on his company's reestablishment as a
performance brand; and a profile on Sea Island Resort Co. chairman Bill Jones
and several of his firm's courses.

Golf Portfolio will be followed on Sundays by Inside the Senior PGA
Tour
and CNBC's exclusive
coverage of the Senior PGA Tour.
