Charter, FMC Team Up on Film Fest

Charter Communications Inc. and Fox Movie Channel announced Tuesday that they
will partner on a June film festival in St. Louis dubbed, "The Best Seat in the
House."

The festival, running June 2 through 7, will take place at The Fox Theatre
(no relation to FMC).

Charter and FMC will also team up on the "Best Seat in the House
Sweepstakes," with consumers attending one of the screenings able to fill out
entry forms to compete for a 42-inch Sony Electronics Corp. HDTV plasma unit and
a "Sony DVD Dream System."

The event will consist of 14 theatrical films selected from 20th Century
Fox's 70-year library.

"Marilyn Monday" will kick off the festival June 2 with Marilyn Monroe in
Gentlemen Prefer Blondes at 7 p.m. and All About Eve at 9 p.m.

Two titles per day will continue June 3 through 5 under the banners, "Love
Stories Tuesday," "Wacky Wednesday" and "AFI-Honored Classics." The latter will
consist of The French Connection and Butch Cassidy and the Sundance
Kid
.

On the festival's final two days, Charter and FMC will offer three titles per
day.

For the June 6 "Sci-Friday," Independence Day, Aliens and
TheRocky Horror Picture Show will run, the latter at
midnight.

For the finale June 7, "Family Saturday" will consist of Ice Age,
Titan A.E. and There's No Business Like Show
