Charter Execs Continue Stock Buys

Charter Communications Inc. executives continued their buying spree, as five
more officers and directors disclosed that they had purchased shares in the past
month.

According to documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission
Wednesday, Charter chief operating officer Dave Barford, senior vice presidents
David McCall, William Schreffler and Christian Fenger and director John Tory
purchased a total of 26,300 shares of Charter stock.

In another filing, director William Savoy revealed that he had purchased $2.5
million worth of Charter's 5.75 percent convertible notes June 26.

The moves come on the heels of a filing earlier in the week disclosing that
Charter chairman Paul Allen purchased 5 million shares of the MSO's stock for
$20 million June 27 and 28.
